SQUASHGEARpro.com is on-line selling high quality rackets and equipment on the Scandinavian market and to Mainland Europe. This ensures a very competitive price level for our customers. Your purchase at SQUASHEGARpro is subject to the Danish distance selling regulation and all products can be returned within 14 days, as long they are unused and seals are not broken. Payment at SQUASHGEARpro is handled by PP, where all major credit cards can be used. Please note that you may be unable to use local debit cards on some occasions.
Also at SQUASHGEARpro, we have decided our strategy carefully and we stock all listed products at our own warehouse, as a step in our vision of speedy delivery. We will not list any products we do not stock. For SQUASHGEARpro.com and PROGEARSPORT.com we usually stock up to 10000 rackets, divided over more than 200 different models.
Terms and Conditions.
Prices.
All prices are listed including VAT.
Delivery.
Delivery of goods will take place when payment has been registered and cleared. Should we by any reason be unable to deliver the goods, the customer will receive an email explaining the reason for this, where the customer immediately can decide to cancel the transaction. It shall also be stated that the customer at any point has the right to cancel the order for a full refund, including postal charges, before it has been dispatched. After dispatch the customer can return the items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. In this case the full amount excluding the postal charges is refunded. The customer is responsible for the charges of returning the items.
All parcels are being sent with GLS International to all EU destinations and with Post for non EU destinations. For domestic deliveries within Denmark SQUASHGEARpro assumes responsibility for the parcel until it has been turned over to the customer by the courier. This does not apply for items sent as letters, as they are not being registered.
For EU deliveries SQUASGHEARpro assumes responsibility until the parcel is handed over to customer and for non EU, SQUASHGEARpro assumes responsibility until the courier in the destination country takes over.
The following lead times are stated as guidelines
Domestic - Denmark 1-2 days
European 2-4 days
Norway 6-9 days - due to toll
SQUASHGEARpro cannot be held accountable for delays and force majeure beyond our control.
All parcels are provided with a tracking number. This does not apply for items sent as letters.
If the customer does not receive the parcel within the given time frame, the customer must contact SQUASHGEARpro and register a complaint. Also, if the parcel received has been clearly damaged during the transport, the customer must state this to the courier. Should this happen, SQUASHGEARpro must be notified about the problem.
In cases where the parcel is lost, SQUASHGEARpro reserves the right to wait for the couriers decision before any replacement parcels are being sent out or any refunds are made.
Ordering and Lead time.
All orders made through the web page before 11.00 are processed same day. Orders made after this time will be processed the following workday.
Payment.
Payment is made though PP for international payment, where all major credit cards can be used. For domestic debitcards, this is handled by PBS. All prices listed are including 25% VAT and excluding delivery charges.
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Returns.
The customer is in title to return any item bought on this web page within 14 days of receipt. The customer is required to return the items completely unused and originally sealed. At SQUASHGEARpro we believe that our customers should buy only the best, and therefore we cannot accept returns of used items.
The customer is liable for all delivery charges when returning any products, unless otherwise stated.
Parcels that are not picked up, (applicable for NON EU countries), will be subject to a return charge of EUR 33.50, as well as shipping charges will be non refundable.
