Shipping and shipping price

We send your goods with Post Nord, and you must expect a delivery time of between 1-7 working days, depending on the order time depending of destination and custom.

At SQUASHGEARpro, we stock all our goods ourselves, and therefore we can dispatch immediately. We do NOT list products that we do not stock ourselves.

You choose your delivery location for shop deliveries at the website. You will then receive a tracking number once we have processed your order so that you can track your order.

The shipping price at Squashgearpro is calculated automatically and displayed before you pay.


As customers, you have a 30-day full right of return on all products. This deadline runs from the day you receive the product.

There is a full return policy, which means that you receive the full amount back, including the shipping you have paid for us to send the item to you, but you must bear the return cost in case of cancellation.

You can choose to notify us and send the item within 30 days, which is accepted, even if the item actually arrives outside this period. As a customer, you are not responsible for any delays in this process, e.g. with the forwarding company, etc.

As a customer, you must arrange return shipping yourself, but you only have to bear the cost of the return itself. We receive packages with most forwarding companies, but we only receive items that are sent to the address, not to various delivery points.

If you choose not to pick up the package, it will be automatically sent back to us and we will treat it as a cancellation. In that case, you will be charged the return fee of DKK 65 in Denmark which will be deducted from the return.

For unclaimed parcels in EU you will be charged the actual return fee plus VAT, up to EUR 28,00.

All credits are made to the card that was used for payment. Depending on the card type, the crediting will take place within 4-8 days, depending on the time of receipt.


We receive packages delivered with DHL, GLS, BRING, POST DK and others who deliver AT the address. We do not accept returns delivered to a freight center with Danish freight forwarders, deliveries without delivery, just as we do not pick up goods within a radius of 3 km for the office address, should this be required in some cases.
